Yes. The Customer Service Support Team member requires the Gviewin webstore order number to assist you.
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address you completed your order with. The email will include the order number, items ordered, shipping and payment method.
Simply email to email@example.com within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your design, please also include the URL or name of the new design.
Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours.
Return and Refunds
Returns will be only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase, and only if the product was purchased directly from the Gviewin authorized online webstore.
Products are eligible for refund, when they are returned within 30 days of the delivery date and are in re-sellable condition unless the product is defective or damaged. Read our complete Refund Policy here(https://www.gviewin.com/pages/refund-policy).
Shipping and Tracking
After submitting the order, please wait up to 24 hours for processing and shipment (usually the orders will be shipped earlier than expected). After it's shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to help you check the status of your order.
Based on your address, the shipping usually takes:
USA: 3-7 days
Europe: 8-12 days
Japan: 3 days
AUSTRALIA & NZ: 8-15 business days
Asia: 3-5 days
The tracking number will be emailed to the email address on your order.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will advise you to RETURN TO SENDER through your shipping carrier once you receive the package. We will issue you a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
